The Seychelles Islands Foundation (SIF) has announced that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award for the Vallée de Mai.
Now in its fifth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great reviews on TripAdvisor. Only a handful of attractions have won this award in Seychelles in 2015 and SIF is proud to announce that the Vallée de Mai is one of them.
When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period as well as the Popularity Index ranking on the site.
To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
“Winning the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is a true source of pride for the entire team at the Vallée de Mai and we’d like to thank all of our visitors who took the time to complete a review on TripAdvisor,” said Dr Frauke Fleischer-Dogley, chief executive of the SIF.
“There is no greater award than being recognised by our visitors. With the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence based on customer reviews, the award is an excellent vote of confidence to our organisation, our staff and our continued commitment to providing an excellent service to our visitors.”
